1. What services do you offer?
We provide mobile notary services and document notarization for a variety of legal, financial, and personal documents. We come to your location for your convenience.
2. Are you a certified notary public?
Yes! All of our notaries are certified, bonded, and commissioned in the state where we operate. We also carry Errors & Omissions Insurance for your protection.
3. What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Charlotte & Sarasota Counties, FL and surrounding areas. If you’re outside our standard service area, contact us to see if accommodations can be made.
4. What types of documents can you notarize?

5. Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
Yes! If you’re located in a state that permits remote online notarization, we can complete your notarization via secure video conferencing tools.
6. How much do your services cost?
Fees vary depending on the type of document, travel distance, and whether it’s an urgent or after-hours request. Please visit our pricing page or contact us for a quote.
7. What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport). All signers must be present and willing to sign.
8. Do you offer after-hours or weekend services?
Yes! We understand that life is busy, so we offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, by appointment.
9. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling us, texting, or using our online booking form. We’ll confirm your appointment and provide any additional instructions.
10. Can you come to my home, office, or a public place?
Absolutely. We are a mobile service, and we can meet you at your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, coffee shop, or any mutually convenient location.
