Service Fees

All fees are in addition to the fee for the notarial act. Fees will be disclosed prior to any service is performed with the exception of rescheduling or canceling fees .

Travel – In addition to the notarial fee we charge a travel fee based on the location where the notarial act will be performed. This fee will be determined at the time of booking service. Typically this fee does not exceed $20 in our normal service area of Charlotte and Sarasota Counties.

Rush – We may charge an additional fee up to $20 if service is needed the same day as it is scheduled. We may not always be available for same day scheduling and would inform you if that is the case.

Cancel / Reschedule – If we travel to the location where the notarial act is to be performed and the document or participants are not ready and we must wait more than 30 minutes or reschedule there is a $20 fee in addition to the travel fee. All participants must have proper identification and be fully alert and not under the influence of medication for us to be able to perform notarial acts.

Witnesses – If you are in need of witnesses we have some available for an additional fee of $20.

Weddings

$30 is the notarial fee for weddings.

Fees to perform ceremonies will be based on the time needed to prepare the ceremony to be performed.

We offer themed ceremonies where the officiant is in character and the ceremony is based off a there. Some examples: Pirate, Vampire, Celtic, Parrot head, Dudeist, Beach…
